The young people were very polite and seemed to try hard but for a deep cleaning I was very disappointed. They missed several obvious things. My bathroom floor was not washed (there was urine... behind the toilet and removable black shoe marks in the middle of the room), they didn't dust or wipe the tops of any of the baseboard heating vents, missed a few window sills, didn't move the dog's dishes to sweep and mop the kitchen floor (dog food and dead knats still there); didn't dust any of the dining room chair seats, foot rests, etc, and finally didn't dust the shelf under the coffee tables in both living and family room. Haley did a superb job of cleaning the aluminum around the shower. Monica did a nice job cleaning my kitchen and Ben did a good job on most other things he did. There were just too many things missed. I texted my issues to you without a response, perhaps that line does not work like that. I know I could have had them come back but I was just so upset I did it myself. It was such a financial sacrifice for barely satisfactory work. Maybe my generation expects too much.read more
